Different kinds of problems have appeared in the society due to this kind of inequality.

On the other hand, there is a widespread trend of young people going to foreign jobs. Due to the negative consequences of foreign employment, such as marrying someone else, divorce, etc., the protection and care of the parents who are with them is becoming another complicated issue. Due to the various situations caused by poverty, the rescue, protection, upbringing, education and all the necessary problems of women, children, senior citizens, and the disabled have become more difficult to solve. The state has ensured the right of fundamental rights under the constitution to solve this kind of problem. It has been mentioned that every child should not be deprived of education, upbringing and their rights. Similarly, the rights of senior citizens and persons with disabilities have been ensured.

Also in Udayapur district, senior citizens who are separated from their families, disabled, children who are not getting education, as well as children are deprived of education and protection due to poverty and other reasons, so the concept of common service house has been brought for the service, protection and study of the members of that society. This program will organize the necessary rescue, protection, nurturing, education and all necessary arrangements from one place.
